Influencer Obligations
1. Authenticity & Transparency: You are responsible for maintaining authenticity in your content and ensuring that any sponsored or paid collaborations are disclosed as per the relevant advertising guidelines and regulations.
2. Intellectual Property: You acknowledge that any content you create may be shared on social media & websites as per the terms of the specific campaign.
3. Ownership: While you retain the rights to your original content, you grant InfluencertoBrand a royalty-free license to use and publish the content for promotional and marketing purposes.
4. Non-Disclosure: You agree to keep any confidential information shared with you by InfluencertoBrand, its partnered brands, and clients confidential. This includes campaign details, strategies, and any other proprietary information.
5. Payment Terms: Payments will be made according to the agreed-upon schedule and method outlined in the specific campaign brief.
6. Content Creation: By partnering with InfluencertoBrand, you agree to create high-quality and original content that aligns with the brand and campaign guidelines.
Brands Obligations
1.Services Provided: We offer influencer marketing services, including influencer sourcing, campaign ideation, content creation, influencer management, and performance tracking.
2. Campaign Objectives: It is the responsibility of brand or business to clearly communicate campaign objectives, key messaging, and any specific requirements to ensure effective collaboration with influencers.
3. Influencer Selection: We will carefully select influencers based on criteria provided by your brand or business. While we strive for maximum compatibility, we cannot guarantee the influencers' availability, engagement rates, or performance, as these are beyond our control.
4. Content Approval: Your brand or business will have the opportunity to review and approve influencer content before it is published. It is your responsibility to ensure that the content aligns with your brand guidelines, values, and complies with legal and ethical standards.
5. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including logos, trademarks, and copyrighted materials, remain the sole property of your brand. Any content created by influencers during the campaign may be subject to licensing or usage rights as agreed upon in a separate agreement.
6. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to treat all confidential information shared during the course of collaboration as strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
7. Liability: While we strive to provide excellent service, we are not responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities incurred as a result of the influencer marketing campaign.
